You can return the item within 7 days of from the day of delivery. You must send back and postmark your return packages maximum within 7 days after the purchase date. No returns made thereafter will be accepted. Refund will be initiated within 48 hours upon receipt of your package. 

The turnaround time depends on the products that you are interested in. Our regular turnaround time is between 5-7 business days. However, some items require a little extra time. If you are under a time crunch and are looking to get a corporate or bulk order turned around faster, chances are we can squeeze you into our production schedule. Please reach out at your earliest convenience and will do our best to accommodate your request. For some items there may be a rush fee for expedited production turnaround.
